This smoothie is creamy, green, slightly sweet and a little sour. It is very low in sugar and has an excellent dose of vitamin c, healthy fats and hydrating electrolytes.
1 1/2 cups coconut water
1 cup spinach
2 kiwis, peeled
1 avocado, peeled
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend well. You can also add in a scoop of bone broth protein powder or some chia seeds for extra fiber.
*Kiwi is high in vitamin c for skin health and immunity, and potassium for sodium balance. It is low in sugar and high in fiber so you won’t get an insulin rush like you may experience with other fruits.
