Immunity Boosting Green Smoothie

This drink is packed with hydrating and immune-boosting properties, and since it is low in sugar, it won’t feed candida or compromise an already weakened immune system. Ginger is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and is a great digestive aid, while probiotics add healthy bacteria to your gut. Even though lemons are acidic in nature, they are actually alkaline forming when broken down by the body, and they contain a good dose of vitamin c. Drink when you need a little immunity boost!

Ingredients:

1 cup coconut water

2 leaves romaine lettuce

1/2 green apple

1/4 cucumber

1/4 avocado, peeled

1/2 lemon, peeled

1/2 inch slice fresh ginger

1/2 cup fresh parsley

1 probiotic capsule

3-4 ice cubes

Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until all ingredients have turned into a smooth, creamy liquid. Enjoy!
