Pamper Yourself- Peppermint Sugar Scrub


We can all benefit from a little rest and relaxation. A DIY spa treatment is a great way to help combat stress. This scrub is great for all over the body or just for your feet if you’re pressed for time.

Peppermint essential oil gives a cooling sensation and has a calming effect on the body, which can relieve sore muscles when used topically. It also has antimicrobial properties so it can help freshen bad breath and soothe digestive issues.


2 cups organic granulated sugar

1/3 organic coconut oil, melted

a few drops peppermint essential oil

In a large bowl, mix together the sugar and melted coconut oil. Add a few drops of peppermint oil to give it that relaxing and refreshing scent. Scoop the mixture into glass jars and use when you need a little pick me up.
